Back Office Executive Hiring For Oplera Finolutions Pvt. Ltd

We are hiring at Oplera Finolutions Pvt. Ltd. , a modern wealth management firm committed to transparency, research-backed advisory and long-term value creation.

We are looking for 2 Back Office Executives to join our growing team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

Client onboarding, KYC validation and documentation management

Handling Demat, mutual fund and investment-related operational processes

Preparing reports, statements, and maintaining client records

Coordinating with brokers, RTAs and internal teams

Managing follow-ups, client servicing and query resolution

Basic compliance and data accuracy checks

Required Skills:

Basic Excel skills.

Good communication in Hindi ,Gujarati & English

Understanding of Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs (basic level)

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

13 years in broking, wealth management, mutual funds, or financial back office

Experience with account opening, KYC, MF utilities, CAMS/ KFintech portals is a plus
