Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Back Office Executive based in Indore. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for data management, documentation, maintaining databases, and handling administrative tasks. Other responsibilities may include coordinating with different departments, ensuring efficient record-keeping, and generating reports to support decision-making. The role may also require handling emails, file management, and assisting with basic customer support operations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Management, Record-Keeping, and Documentation
  • Strong skills in Administrative Tasks, Coordination, and Database Management
  • Basic Customer Support and Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and systems is a plus
  • Educational requirements: a Bachelors degree in any relevant field; prior similar experience will be advantageous
