Role Overview
The position is responsible for processing policy-related transactions with accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Processing & Administration
Process policy changes, maintenance requests, and issuance within defined TAT.
Determine employee eligibility for product coverage as per guidelines.
Manage enrollments and process Evidence of Insurability (EOI) applications.
Handle policy cancellations and surrenders as per company procedures.
Redirect policies to appropriate downstream processes where required.
Quality & Productivity
Meet defined quality and productivity targets.
Ensure compliance and accuracy across operational activities.
Customer Service & Continuous Improvement
Deliver a strong customer service experience.
Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.
Develop understanding of client business and product offerings.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform operational duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail
Effective time management
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline
