Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee, located in Ahmedabad.

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Back Office Executive to manage daily marketplace operations for our growing apparel brand Antum Apparels.

The candidate should have experience handling Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra seller panels, including product listings, inventory management, and order operations.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks across different marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listing on shopify

Manage product listings on Flipkart, Amazon, and Myntra

Handle new product uploads, catalog updates, and listing optimization

Monitor and update inventory / stock management across marketplaces

Coordinate with warehouse team for stock updates and order processing

Track orders, returns, cancellations, and replacements

Maintain accurate SKU and inventory records

Assist in resolving marketplace issues, claims, and tickets

• Ensure listings follow marketplace guidelines and compliance

Preferred Candidate

Experience in fashion / apparel category

Familiar with Shopify or D2C websites

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
