To support our growing operations and sales pipeline, we are hiring aBack Office / Business Development Executivewho can manage internal coordination while supporting client acquisition and sales growth.

Role Overview

This role combinesbackend operationswithbusiness development support. The executive will act as a bridge between sales, design, production, and clientsensuring smooth communication, timely documentation, and consistent follow-ups.

Key ResponsibilitiesBack Office Operations

• Handleclient data, inquiries, and internal records
• Preparequotations, invoices, follow-up sheets, and reports
• Coordinate withdesign, production, and installation teams
• Manage email communication and documentation
• Maintain order tracking and project status updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required; Bengali preferred)
• Basic to good knowledge ofMS Excel, Word, Email, and Google tools
• Ability to managemultiple tasks and deadlines
• Sales coordination or client handling experience preferred
• Organized, presentable, and professional attitude

Education & Experience

• Graduate inCommerce, Business Administration, or any discipline
• 15 years of experience in back office, sales coordination, or BD roles
• Freshers with confidence and learning mindset may apply
