Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using:

o Node.js + Express (OR) Golang

o Having Angular or React is good

o MongoDB or similar NoSQL DB experience is good.

Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with appropriate unit tests.

Collaborate with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development

lifecycle.

Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and

maintenance.

Analyze data and application behavior to improve performance and reliability.

Debug production issues and provide long-term fixes.

Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for coding, testing, code reviews, and

problem-solvingwhile ensuring correctness and security.

Optional: Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular.

Ownership mindset, accountability, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Strong backend experience with:

Node.js + Express (OR) Golang frameworks (AND) Python

Experience in designing and building scalable, high-availability applications.

Experience with cloud-native or microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as:

o EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS (or similar)

Solid understanding of:

o REST APIs

o Authentication & authorization

o Error handling & logging

Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Mocha, Jest, or equivalent).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong analytical mindset and data-driven thinking.

Experience using AI tools as part of the software development lifecycle (No Blind trust in

AI-generated code).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Optional: Strong frontend experience with Angular (components, services, routing).
