Zennsoft India is looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with 35 years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services, APIs, and enterprise-grade applications using modern Java-based technologies and cloud infrastructure aligned with our U.S. operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for scalable web applications
• Work with PostgreSQL and other relational/non-relational databases
• Implement event-driven architectures, messaging services, and WebSockets
• Develop and deploy applications in containerized environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional and U.S. teams on feature delivery
• Write clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Support production deployments and troubleshooting

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Databases: PostgreSQL
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS), Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Tools: Git, Postman, JIRA, CI/CD (Jenkins or GitHub Actions)
• Strong understanding of OOPs, MVC, and design patterns
• Expertise in debugging and backend performance tuning

• Experience with JUnit or other backend testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, or Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
