Junior Backend Developer

Experience Required

1-3 years of professional experience in Python backend development

Technical Requirements

Must Have:

Strong fundamentals in Python programming

Experience building REST APIs with FastAPI

Working knowledge of SQLAlchemy ORM

Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases

Basic understanding of Git for version control

Experience deploying or working with applications on AWS

Good to Have:

Understanding of database design and migrations

Knowledge of API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)

Familiarity with Docker

Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI

Write clean, maintainable code following team standards

Implement database models and queries using SQLAlchemy

Collaborate with team members through code reviews

Debug and fix issues in existing applications

Write basic tests for your code

Participate in technical discussions and planning
