Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic and infrastructure of web applications. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement robust APIs, manage databases, and ensure the high performance and scalability of our backend systems. This role requires strong proficiency in server-side programming languages, automation, databases, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Integrate data storage solutions, including databases and caching mechanisms.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Implement authentication and authorization systems.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and propose improvements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in backend language and framework python and flask.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of security best practices for backend development.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Graph QL.
• Familiarity with message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
