Back End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Engineer with 6+ years of total professional experience in backend development to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems, and will contribute to developing reliable and efficient distributed platforms.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of total professional software development experience (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Java 8+ (Java 11 / 17 preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and backend frameworks
• Strong experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, Cassandra, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Kibana, Grafana)
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub and version control practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Build and enhance microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across environments
• Automate build and deployment pipelines
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and reliability based on business needs
