About the Role

We are looking for a Python developer to join our in-office team and build high-impact features using Django and Postgres. Your work will directly ship to production and be used by thousands of e-commerce businesses, influencing their day-to-day operations and customer experiences. This is a hands-on role where your code will make a visible difference at scale.

Responsibilities

This is a high-ownership individual contributor role.

• Lead and take full responsibility for the backend development of our product.
• Build robust APIs and backend logic that power real-time experiences for thousands of e-commerce businesses.
• Contribute to database design, performance optimisation, and overall system architecture.
• Drive the product forward by owning everything from architectural decisions to final deployment.
• Collaborate openly with your team, communicate proactively, and take pride in your workthis is not a solo journey.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of PostgreSQL database and Django.
