Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer with a strong portfolio of Java projects.
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Deep understanding of Java (Spring Boot) .
- Solid experience in software engineering , design patterns, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous, quality-focused work attitude, capable of leading and mentoring with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and high-quality delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
