Our flagship application, Resident360, is designed to deliver smart, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. We are expanding our development team and looking for a skilled Backend Developer to support and enhance our product.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Backend Developer with a minimum of 6 months of experience who can build, maintain, and optimize backend services for Resident360. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a start-up environment and handling end-to-end backend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Build secure and scalable REST APIs
• Integrate third-party Payment Gateways
• Implement real-time communication using Socket.io
• Configure and manage Push Notifications
• Manage repositories using GitHub
• Handle deployment and production monitoring
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience in REST API Development
• Experience in Payment Gateway Integration
• Working knowledge of Socket.io
• Experience with Push Notifications
• Proficiency in GitHub

Devops:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Docker
• Deployment experience on AWS or Hostinger

Good to have:

• Experience with Redis
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Background in Startup / SaaS-based companies

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Laptop is compulsory
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
