Back End Developer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to design, build, and scale reliable backend systems. You will work closely with frontend, product, and engineering teams to deliver secure, high performance APIs and services used in production.

5 years of relevant experience in backend development

Relevant hands-on experience in Python & Django for 4 years

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Django .

Build and operate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.

Ensure backend reliability, security, and performance in production.

Design and optimize database schemas and queries.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Debug and fix production issues and system failures.

Contribute to backend architecture and technical decisions.

Review code and mentor junior developers.

Create and maintain technical and API documentation.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver features end to end.

Strong experience with Django and Django REST Framework or similar frameworks.

Proven experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Working knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Experience with backend performance optimization and caching.

Strong understanding of security best practices in backend systems.

Experience writing tests and maintaining production quality code.

Proficiency with Git and agile development workflows.

Strong problem solving and communication skills.
