Back End Developer

Maverick LED is looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer (810 years experience) to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power our technology-driven operations.

If you have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Laravel (PHP), Node.js, and real-time systems using WebSockets, we want to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend architectures

Build RESTful APIs and real-time services

Develop real-time communication systems using WebSockets

Optimize performance, concurrency, and database efficiency

Design and maintain secure database systems

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Integrate with frontend, mobile apps, and third-party services

Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers

Support DevOps with deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Required Technical Skills

810 years backend development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot

Experience with Laravel (PHP) and Node.js

WebSockets & real-time systems (Socket.IO, STOMP, native WebSockets)

Microservices & REST API architecture

MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

JWT, OAuth, RBAC security

Git, Linux environments

Docker & CI/CD experience

Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis (preferred)

Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP plus)
