Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Back End Developer with 8+ years of experience, based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing and building secure, scalable backend systems for enterprise and SaaS products, including Agentic AIenabled ERP platforms. The Senior Back End Developer will be responsible for backend architecture, API design, authorization strategy, and multi-tenant SaaS security. The role includes leading database and integration efforts while collaborating with front-end teams. The developer will also focus on performance optimization and maintaining compliance-ready backend systems.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development with 8+ years of experience

Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Basic knowledge of Front-End Development to collaborate with front-end teams

Proficient programming skills using Python, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or NestJS

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and Neo4j, including data modeling and performance optimization

Hands-on experience with scripting using Python or Bash

Strong experience with security and authentication including Auth0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC/FGA, and JWT-based API security

Experience working with Agentic AIbased systems and ERP tools

Experience in designing authorization strategies for enterprise and SaaS applications

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and secure backend systems

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience working in agile environments and using version control systems such as Git
