Back End Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Backend Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and scale backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in system architecture, design patterns, scalable microservices, and API development. This role requires technical leadership, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Define and implement system architecture and backend frameworks for large-scale applications.
• Apply software design patterns and best coding practices to build maintainable systems.
• Lead backend development efforts and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Implement security, data protection, and monitoring solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong experience in Java / Python / Node.js /Nextjs(choose based on your stack).
• Strong knowledge of system design and architecture patterns.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
