Initially 4 days/week in office , transitioning to 3 days/week over time.

Infilect is an enterprise SaaS company building AI-first products for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail verticals. Our platform has been in market for ~5 years and is now entering a critical scale phase moving from single-digit million ARR to double-digit million ARR over the next three years.

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience & Background

• Prior experience in a startup , with demonstrated success in backend engineering platform across multiple dimensions.
• Experience building and operating enterprise-grade SaaS platforms .
• Exposure to analytics-heavy or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.

Technical Foundation

• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and reliability engineering.
• Ability to guide teams on trade-offs between speed, cost, and quality.
• Django Python, Celery or Rabbit MQ, Cursor or Anti-gravity or or such coding agents
• System scalability via nginx, docker, API scale0out

GenAI Experience

• At least 6 months of hands-on exposure to using generative AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot-like tools).

Education

• Pursuing or completed or dropped out from Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering , or a related field.
