Back End Developer

Job Description

Strong BackEnd Developer to build and scale highimpact Domestic Purchase Order (PO) microservices in a modern, eventdriven architecture. This role sits at the core of our Order Management / SupplyChain platform, with direct ownership of productiongrade systems.

Must Haves:

• 6+ yrs of Strong experience with Java & Spring Boot for microservices development
• Handson expertise with Kafkabased eventdriven architecturesProducers, consumers, retries, and Dead Letter Queues (DLQ)
• NoSQL data modeling & performance tuning (Cassandra or equivalent)
• API design experience with REST and/or GraphQL
• Background in Order Management Systems (OMS) or transactional supplychain domains
• Solid observability & production support skills
• Logs, metrics, distributed tracing, and oncall readiness

Nice to Have

• Experience with Temporal workflows
• OpenSearch / Elasticsearch integration for search and analytics
