Back End Developer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Backend Developer with hands-on experience of 5-8 years in Node.js, MongoDB, and deploying applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust APIs, implementing backend schedulers, and ensuring scalable deployment on cloud infrastructure.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js .
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure their performance and scalability.
• Work with MongoDB for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Deploy and manage backend services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Build and manage scheduler jobs for background tasks and automation.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
• Maintain documentation for systems and processes.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with MongoDB including aggregation of pipelines and indexing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in API development using Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cron jobs , task queues, or other scheduling mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding security best practices in backend development.
