Graystone Capital is building a secure, scalable AI-powered internal CRM and automation ecosystem.

We are hiring a Backend Developer to architect and develop the core infrastructure powering our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend architecture
• Develop APIs and microservices
• Integrate CRM, ERP, financial systems, and AI engines
• Optimize database performance
• Ensure data security and system reliability

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python / Node.js / Java
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
• API design and integration expertise
• Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure preferred)
• Strong understanding of system security
