Golang Backend Developer - 3+ Years | Bengaluru, 5 days/week | Immediate Joining

What Youll Do:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Golang
• Build high-performance REST APIs
• Work on real-time data processing systems
• Optimize database queries and improve system performance
• Collaborate with product & frontend teams
• Contribute to system design discussions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang
• Deep understanding of concurrency & goroutines
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Familiarity with Redis & caching mechanisms
• Experience in microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with Docker & Git

Good to Have:

• Experience in fintech / trading platforms
• Knowledge of Kafka or message queues
• Exposure to AWS / GCP
• Experience handling high-scale systems
