About the Role

We are seeking aBackend Developer with strong hands-on skills. More than experience, we value the right mindset, someone who is:

What Youll Do:

• Build and maintain backend features and services usingGo
• Take backend modules from idea to deployment
• Design and optimizescalable system architecture for performance and reliability
• Solve complex challenges related tolatency, networking, and distributed systems
• Explore and implementDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship and iterate quickly

What Were Looking For:

• Deep experience with Go (writing production-grade services)
• Strong background inscalable product development
• Expertise inlatency optimization, networking, and distributed systems
• Solid understanding ofsystem architecture and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms)
• Interest inIoT and hardware-software integrations (a plus)
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for building impactful products.
