Back End Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with 8+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. The role involves working with modern cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices to deliver high-quality, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python
• Build scalable microservices and production-grade applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Optimize database performance and backend workflows
• Knowledge of distributed systems, message queues, async patterns
• Experience with caching and high-performance systems
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, React and SQL
• Experience with Flask/FastAPI/Django , REST APIs, and ORM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure backend services (App Services, Functions)
• Familiarity with testing tools like Pytest
• Strong backend API and System development experience
• Experience in designing application level domain and data models that frontends depend on , or mainly exp with building APIs and data services

Preferred Qualifications/Nice to have:

• Exposure to test automation frameworks, DevOps practices and ML concepts.
• Understanding of scalable architecture patterns and performance tuning.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or full-stack development.
