1. Roles & Responsibilities
- Work as a Backend Developer focused primarily on Java-based backend development.
- Contribute to the endtoend backend pipeline that analyzes usergenerated content on LinkedIn and detects malicious or inappropriate content.
- Handle debugging, root-cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution as part of the support responsibilities.
- Potentially work on CICD pipeline setup and deployment-related tasks when needed.
- Collaborate individually on assigned modules/projects (team works mostly individually, not as a single pod).
2. Tools & Technical Skills Required
Must-Have Skills
- Java (Backend Development) core requirement.
- Distributed Systems strong understanding required.
- Databases MySQL, NoSQL experience expected.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Experience handling production issues and performing RCA.
- Exposure to CICD pipelines and deployments.
- Scripting (automation scripts) preferred but not mandatory.
- Documentation skills (e.g., Confluence) appreciated for RCA and debugging workflows.
