Back End Developer

About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies and solid system design experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, collaborating closely with architects, frontend teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using .NET / .NET Core.
• Lead and contribute to low-level and high-level system design, including architecture diagrams and design documentation.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs / Microservices following best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in backend development using .NET / C#.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience in system design, design patterns, and architectural principles.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server / other relational databases; ability to design efficient schemas and queries.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework / Dapper).
• Experience with RESTful services, API versioning, and security (OAuth, JWT).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.
