Baan Technical Consultant

Position Summary:
Seeking a skilled Baan Technical Consultant with 6-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Baan ERP systems and will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Baan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Baan technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement Baan customizations and enhancements.
• Perform system configurations, data migrations, and integrations with other systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business processes.
• Conduct testing of developed solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Maintain documentation of technical specifications, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Baan ERP applications.
• Strong programming skills in Baan Tools, including Baan IV, ERP LN, or similar.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Baan Manufacturing or Financial modules.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in Baan implementations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
