Knowledge / Experience 9+ year minimum Business Analyst experience with enterprise level financial applications Skills Required Ability to understand customer business process and requirements and translate into a functional requirement across a wide array of products and technologies.Prior experience with Deposits and Cash management products specifically Corporate Deposits, Payments, Core Banking and preferably Liquidity Product Management, Cash flow forecastingStrong communication skills ( verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data)Prior experience with Agile and user story writingAbility to draft Process Flows and Activity DiagramsGood analytical and problem analysis skillsA strong commitment to quality and efficiencyExcellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive results through partner organizationsHands-on experience in Project / Requirement management tools like Jira , Confluence, SharePoint and MS Visio Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions across a wide array of products and technologiesAnalyse and understand the current Cash Management product offerings within the bank in general and in Liquidity Product Management in particularCreate business model and logical data models for cash management productsReverse engineer the business model for the Cash management products on existing applicationsWork in agile cross functional team and collaborate with the business and architect team to help identify and define end flows and solutionsPartner with the business as a member of the technology team and create and maintain the Functional design for the various modules in the platformIdentify, create and maintain Functional Requirements s user Tories , User Interface requirements and Service interface requirements per the process established in the organizationDocument and maintain User Stories, Functional Design, and System SpecificationUnderstanding and Documenting non-functional requirementsFollow the SDLC process established in the organization and create and maintain all relevant requirements artefactsOwn end to end implementation including the Quality of the deliverablesAct as subject matter expert on Cash Management Domain
