BA /Tester

Job Responsibilities:

1. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Design and execute test plans, including functional, integration, and UAT testing.
3. Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
4. Validate data accuracy and system workflows.
5. Prepare user documentation and training materials.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and testing frameworks.
2. Experience with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
3. Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.
