About the Role:

Were looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Business Development Associate with

proven B2C sales experience. Youll play a critical role in driving revenue and converting

leads.


Responsibilities:

Generate direct revenue through high-quality B2C consultative sales.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails; follow up proactively and drive

conversions.

Build rapport and trust with students and parents to understand their goals and recommend

the right services


Ideal Persona

15 years of experience in revenue-generating roles

Exceptional verbal communication skills in English

Calm, confident, and professional demeanor

Prior experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales is preferred

Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage
