Brihathi Technology Services is looking for a B2C Marketing Lead with 3+ years of experience in EdTech or consumer digital products , who will define, execute, and lead marketing efforts for our NEET & JEE platforms.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the candidate will own user acquisition, funnel optimization, brand growth, and performance metrics , working closely with founders and internal teams.

• Define and lead the end-to-end B2C marketing strategy for NEET & JEE platforms
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search & Display)
• Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• YouTube & short-form video platforms
• Drive student acquisition , trial-to-paid conversions, and retention
• Own and execute SEO strategy , including:
• Keyword research
• On-page and technical SEO
• Content planning for organic growth
• Build and optimize marketing funnels (landing pages, WhatsApp flows, email journeys)
• Track and improve key performance metrics:
• CAC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI
• Work closely with founders, product, and tech teams
• Ensure ethical and compliant marketing practices (no misleading claims or false promises)
• Manage and guide junior marketing staff / tele-callers (if applicable)

• MBA qualification Mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing (EdTech background preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• SEO (technical + content-driven)
• Performance marketing and analytics
• Good understanding of NEET/JEE student behavior and buying journey
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong decision-making ability
• Experience working with analytics tools, ad platforms, and CRM systems

• Work From Office Hyderabad (Mandatory)
