Role Overview

We are looking for a B2C Inside Sales Specialist to join our admissions team. In this role, you will interact with prospective students and working professionals interested in career upskilling programs.

You will understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role combines consultative counseling with inside sales, focusing on relationship building and admissions conversions.


Key Responsibilities


Student Counseling & Lead Management

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual counseling

Understand candidate background, goals, and learning objectives

Provide personalized guidance on suitable programs


Program Advisory

Explain curriculum, certifications, schedules, and career outcomes

Help candidates understand the value of programs and career pathways


Admissions & Conversions

Guide candidates through the application and enrollment process

Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects

Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrollments


CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate lead records and counseling notes in CRM

Track lead stages and enrollment progress


Requirements

1-3 years of experience in EdTech admissions, inside sales, academic counseling, or B2C sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable interacting with students and working professionals

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Experience with CRM or lead management systems is a plus

Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
