B2B Visual Designer [Framer or Webflow experience is a must]

Magnon Group has an exciting opportunity for content writing professionals to work for a leading global B2B SaaS brand as they establish a Creative Lab in India to support their digital experience business worldwide. This unified team will drive global demand generation with dedicated content, design, video, mar-tech, and research expertise. As a strategic partner, we are looking to hire talented content writers to collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders. In this role, youll create high-quality customer content at scale and also innovate new forms of content and assets.

Location: Noida

Exp : 4 to 7 years

Below is the job description and key responsibilities:

1. Interactive Design & Storytelling

• Conceptualize and design interactive experiences that translate complex product stories into intuitive, engaging narratives.
• Collaborate with creative strategy, UX, and content teams to craft experiences that combine visual design, motion, and interactivity.
• Create prototypes and animations that demonstrate interactivity, transitions, and micro-experiences for storytelling.

2. Systemization & Scalability

• Build reusable modules and templates that align with Adobes design system and brand standards.
• Contribute to Figma libraries and interactive storyboard systems, bridging motion and UX patterns.
• Document best practices and guidelines for interactive content creation to enable scaling across teams.

3. Innovation & Emerging Media

• Experiment with AI-powered features, 3D, and motion assets to enhance interactive campaigns.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to test new interactive formats for activations in marquee events and Adobe websites.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with design leads, motion designers, and strategists to deliver interactive solutions for campaigns and executive presentations.
• Support regional and global teams with adaptations and localization of interactive experiences.
• Present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, explaining the strategic and technical thinking behind your designs..

Qualifications

• 47 years of experience in interactive design, digital storytelling, or marketing design environments.
• Hands-on Ceros/Webflow/Framer expertise is preferred with proven portfolio of interactive experiences, microsites, and immersive campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of UX patterns, motion design, and narrative flow in digital interfaces.
• Experience working with enterprise brands or large-scale marketing campaigns preferred.
