Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The B2B Sales Specialist will drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the sales pipeline. The role involves meeting sales targets, delivering product training presentations, and consulting clients on Arnifis tailored business solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery is also an integral part of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients and build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience in Training, particularly delivering product and service presentations tailored to client needs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and pipelines concurrently.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of previous experience in B2B sales or in the business services sector is highly preferable.
• Familiarity with global business regulations, specifically in the markets covered by Arnifi, is an added advantage.
