We are hiring a B2B Sales Lead for a field role. The candidate will meet architects, interior designers, and contractors to generate business and drive sales.

• Visit clients and generate new business leads
• Build relationships with architects, designers, and contractors
• Handle the complete sales process from lead to closure
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Lead and guide a small sales team
• Maintain records of meetings and sales activities

• 58 years of B2B sales experience
• Field sales experience required
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Immediate joiners preferred (candidates with short notice period may also apply)
