Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital onboarding, KYC/KYB solutions, fraud prevention, alternate data APIs, and financial services APIs. Experience in selling API-first SaaS products to BFSI and fintech clients will be a key differentiator.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with BFSI, fintech, and enterprise clients.


Understand client onboarding, compliance, fraud prevention, and digital identity challenges; position our solutions effectively.


Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation product demos negotiations closure.


Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver value to clients.


Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.


Desired Skills & Experience:


47 years of B2B SaaS / API sales experience (preferably in fintech, BFSI, or compliance tech).


Strong knowledge of digital identity, onboarding, fraud detection, or risk management solutions.


Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.


Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
