Pearl DMC is a global Destination Management Company offering travel, events, and MICE solutions across Philippines, Bali, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa, Japan, and South Korea.


Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to expand our network of travel partners and promote our destination services to travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies and tour operators

Identify and onboard new B2B travel partners

Promote Pearl DMC destinations and services

Handle partner inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups

Achieve monthly sales targets

Attend networking events and travel trade meetings

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:

24 years of experience in travel sales or B2B sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Existing network in the travel industry is a plus

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
