Job Description

Role : B2B Sales Executive ( Horeca / Institutional sales )


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and acquire new B2B clients including corporates, offices, hotels, restaurants, and institutional customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, field visits, and referrals.

Present product offerings, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client servicing.

Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the organization.

Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.


Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in B2B sales / institutional sales

Ability to build long-term client relationships

Good market understanding and business acumen

Target-driven with strong closing ability


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, coffee brands, HoReCa, or corporate sales will be an added advantage.
