Profile: B2B Sales Executive - Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in B2b Sales or business development, preferably in Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software.


Position Overview


We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive - Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software who is energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales and technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our IT hardware and software solutions.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant markets.

Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, visits, emails, and referrals.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored hardware/software solutions (POS, ECRs, scanners, etc.).


2. Product Consultation

Provide product demonstrations and detailed solution explanations.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on selecting appropriate IT products and services.


3. Sales Coordination

Collaborate with internal departments (technical/support/logistics) to ensure accurate information, pricing, and delivery.

Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects to clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system.


4. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and concerns.


5. Reporting & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.


Required Qualifications & Skills


Experience:

1-4 years of experience in B2b Sales or business development, preferably in Electronic Products/IT Hardware/Software.

Freshers are also welcome.

Prior experience with POS systems, barcode equipment, or ECRs is preferred.


Mandatory Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler and an Android smartphone for field operations.


Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of IT solutions, POS systems, and sales processes.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.


Education:

Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
