Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Inside Sales specialist to support our business growth by generating and qualifying high-quality leads. The role involves proactive outreach to CXO-level decision-makers through cold calling, social media, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, email campaigns, and sales intelligence tools
  • Make 80100 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients
  • Identify, research, and reach out to CXO-level and senior decision-makers
  • Understand client pain points and qualify leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to Business Development Managers
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and call targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B Inside Sales / Lead Generation / SDR role
  • Strong experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with CXO and senior leadership
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
