Partnering with OEMs and innovators, we accelerate design, simulation, validation, and certification for next-generation platforms. Our expertise includes high-fidelity computational fluid dynamics (CFD), structural analysis, electromagnetics, and EMI/EMC hardening. We provide comprehensive support for designs, validation, testing, and certification, ensuring reliable system performance in real-world conditions.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a B2B sales engineer specializing in the EMI/EMC domain. The sales engineer will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and providing expert technical support during the sales process. The role involves working closely with the engineering team to tailor solutions to client needs, preparing technical proposals, supporting client accounts and driving sales performance. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue through value-based selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in core sectors: aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, and electronics.
  • Engage with engineering, R&D, and procurement stakeholders to understand project needs and pain points.
  • Create tailored service proposals leveraging our capabilities in design, simulation, EMI/EMC, and product development.
  • Drive deal closures and meet defined sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to scope and estimate project deliverables accurately.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, aiming for account growth and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and technical webinars to promote our services.


Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in engineering or R&D consulting.
  • Background in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Proven ability to close deals and build strategic client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate technical value into business impact.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC concepts, technology, or testing services is a strong advantage.
