Role Overview

The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and scaling Wonderlas B2B marketing engine across corporates, schools & colleges, travel agents, event planners, and institutional partners. This role bridges marketing strategy and on-ground business growth, working closely with Sales, Park Operations, and Digital teams to drive qualified leads, improve conversion, and strengthen Wonderlas presence as a preferred group and corporate destination.



Key Responsibilities:


B2B Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly B2B marketing plans aligned to revenue targets across parks and resorts
  • Identify priority B2B segments (corporates, MICE, schools, colleges, travel trade, associations) and tailor messaging for each
  • Own B2B GTM plans for new offerings, seasonal packages, and park/resort expansions
  • Lead Generation & Demand Creation
  • Design and run lead-generation campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and offline channels
  • Support the Sales team with high-quality leads, marketing collateral, and campaign playbooks
  • Track funnel performance from lead to conversion and optimize continuously
  • Amplify Corporate visits on LinkedIn & Build a Workfluencer strategy



Sales Enablement & Collateral

  • Create and manage B2B marketing assets including pitch decks, brochures, emailers, case studies, videos, and presentations
  • Work with Creative and Content teams to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling for B2B audiences
  • Enable Sales teams with region-specific and segment-specific materials



Partnerships, Events & Activations

  • Plan and execute B2B events such as corporate showcases, school outreach programs, travel agent meets, and industry expos
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions, and trade bodies
  • Collaborate with Parks and Resorts teams to deliver seamless on-ground B2B experiences



Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Define KPIs for B2B marketing including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, and revenue contribution.
  • Track campaign performance and present actionable insights to leadership
  • Use customer feedback and sales inputs to refine messaging and offers



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Brand, PR, Park Operations, and Finance teams
  • Align B2B marketing initiatives with broader brand and growth priorities of Wonderla
  • Support PR and Communications teams with B2B success stories and business narratives when required



Experience & Skills Required

  • 58 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, entertainment, events, or services
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lead generation, and sales enablement
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across regions and timelines
