Job Description

Role:B2B Marketing Lead

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand awareness.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, SEO, paid search, webinars, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales to align messaging, target segments, and drive qualified leads.
  • Own the creation of marketing content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and email nurtures.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to track lead lifecycle and campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and value propositions.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for lead capture and SEO.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (MQLs, CPL, CTR, CAC, etc.).
