Role Description
We are seeking a B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Inbound & Outbound) for a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business leads, maintaining a pipeline of potential customers, conducting outbound calls and emails to prospects, and nurturing inbound leads. The Specialist will also research potential leads, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth.
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist who has proven experience generating qualified leads through both inbound and outbound strategies.
This is not a fresher learning role we need someone who has already executed real campaigns and delivered measurable results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in identifying and generating New Leads and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong Communication and Sales skills with the ability to pitch services effectively and build relationships
- Experience in conducting Research to identify prospective clients and gather market insights
- Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the SaaS or AI industry is an advantage
Generate high-quality B2B leads through:
- Cold email outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting & automation
- Cold calling
- CRM-based nurturing
- Paid & organic inbound strategies
Build and manage outbound sequences (email + LinkedIn + calls)
Optimize lead funnels for higher conversion
Work closely with sales team to improve SQL conversion
Track KPIs: Open rates, reply rates, booked meetings, CPL
