We are looking for aB2B Lead Generation & Cold Email Specialist with 13 years of experience to support our outbound pipeline building efforts across international markets.
You will be responsible for researching and building high quality, targeted prospect lists and executing performance-focused cold email outreach campaigns to generate qualified inquiries for our sales and client engagement teams.
This is a highly operational role for someone who loves digging into data, finding decision makers, and crafting outreach that gets results.
- Conduct deep online research to identify target companies and key decision makers globally
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, professional directories, and B2B data tools to source accurate contact details
- Qualify prospects based on relevance, role, business fit, and potential for paid marketing engagement
- Build and maintain clean, well-organized prospect lists
- Verify email addresses using industry standard validation tools to maintain deliverability and reduce bounces
- Set up and manage targeted cold email outreach campaigns
- Personalize email messaging using templates and strong value propositions tailored to each segment
- Schedule and manage multi-step email sequences with follow ups
- Monitor replies and categorise responses (qualified, needs follow up, uninterested, etc)
- Optimize outreach performance based on engagement and inquiry rates
- Maintain outreach and prospect data inside spreadsheets or CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
- Track lead status and outreach history meticulously
- Keep data clean, deduped, and up to date
- Work with sales and strategy teams to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target segments
- Provide feedback on messaging performance and insights from prospect responses
- 13 years of experience in B2B lead generation, list building, or outbound prospecting
- Strong hands-on experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with email verification and cold outbound platforms
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills for professional email outreach
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Target-driven, process oriented, and self-managed
- Exposure to global B2B lead generation rather than only local or single-market outreach
- Experience in SaaS, marketing services, technology, or other B2B services
- Familiarity with email automation tools and campaign performance tracking
- Highly targeted, accurate prospect lists that align with ICPs
- Low email bounce rates and high deliverability
- Strong reply and inquiry rates from cold outreach campaigns
- Clear handoff of qualified prospects to sales or client engagement teams
