Job Description
Were looking for a B2B Inside Sales Team Leader who has grown through the inside sales journey and comes from a similar background in a growing, product-based (D2C) company . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying close to day-to-day sales activities, and growing along with an expanding organization.
What you will do:
- Handle and guide an inside sales team
- Support the team with daily calling, follow-ups, and closures
- Track performance and work on improving conversions
- Coach team members on sales pitch, communication, and closing skills
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling
What we are looking for:
- Someone with a similar background in telecalling / inside sales
- Experience working in a growing, product-based or D2C company
- Exposure to handling or supporting a sales team
- Comfortable working with CRM tools for lead and sales tracking
- Good communication skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset
