Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Working Days:

6 Days a Week Off: 1st & 3rd Saturday, All Sundays

Office Timings:

Monday Friday: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM (Drop Facility Available) Saturday (2nd, 4th & 5th): 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (No Drop Facility)

Job Summary:

NCR Eduservices is seeking a high-performing International Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B international sales across key markets such as the US, Canada, and Australia.The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in lead generation, client engagement with C-level executives, and closing high-value B2B deals in the Education / EdTech sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  1. Identify, target, and develop new B2B opportunities in international markets (US, Canada, Australia)
  2. Execute outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions and enterprise clients
  3. Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand market presence


Sales & Lead Management:

  1. Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure
  2. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  3. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  4. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and performance metrics in CRM systems


Client Engagement:

  1. Build and nurture relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
  2. Understand client requirements and present customized business solutions
  3. Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships


Market Intelligence:

  1. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  2. Share insights with internal teams to support strategy and service improvement


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors Degree or MBA / PGDM in International Business, Sales, or Marketing (Preferred)
  2. 2-5 years of International B2B Sales experience (EdTech or service industry preferred)
  3. Strong experience in email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting and calls
  4. Proven ability to pitch and close deals with senior-level executives
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Technical Proficiency:

  1. CRM & Sales Tools: HubSpot, Lusha, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  2. Productivity Tools: MS Office Suite
