Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Executive / Manager who can build and grow wholesale and bulk sales channels. The candidate should have a strong network of buyers in the apparel industry and be capable of managing the entire B2B sales cycle from lead generation and sampling to order execution and repeat business.
The role requires someone who can independently handle buyer acquisition, sampling coordination, factory communication, order execution, and relationship management.
- Identify and onboard new B2B customers including wholesalers, retailers, multi-brand stores, boutiques, resellers, corporate buyers, and institutional clients
- Leverage existing buyer network and personal database of customers to generate business
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, market visits, referrals, exhibitions, LinkedIn, and distributor networks
- Present product collections, pricing, MOQ structures, margins, and delivery timelines to buyers
- Convert leads into orders and build long-term repeat business relationships
- Manage the entire sampling process from buyer requirement to sample delivery
- Coordinate internally for sample development and product customization
- Communicate buyer feedback to product and sampling teams
- Ensure timely dispatch and follow-up of samples
- Manage end-to-end order execution once a deal is closed
- Coordinate with factories, production teams, and sourcing teams to ensure timely manufacturing
- Monitor order progress, production timelines, and dispatch schedules
- Ensure product specifications and quality requirements are met
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers to ensure repeat orders and long-term partnerships
- Handle buyer onboarding including catalog sharing, pricing sheets, order terms, and documentation
- Maintain communication for order updates, production status, and deliveries
- Track payments, collections, and credit cycles
- Gather insights on market demand, trending products, competitor pricing, and buyer preferences
- Share feedback with internal teams to improve product development and sales strategy
- 36+ years experience in B2B apparel sales / wholesale
- Must have an existing database/network of buyers
- Experience handling sampling, buyer coordination, and production follow-ups
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Comfortable handling targets and sales pipeline
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English; local language preferred)
- Willingness to travel for buyer meetings and market visits
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
