Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat, Gujarat, India , for a B2B Field Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales by generating and nurturing client relationships, creating and delivering tailored sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves actively identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining and expanding client portfolios, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction. The executive will also contribute to achieving sales targets and represent the company at industry events and client meetings.


Qualifications


  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with prior experience in B2B sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to deliver value propositions and build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to strategize and execute sales plans, with skills in lead generation and market analysis.
  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital sales platforms is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct daily field visits to onboard and manage B2B partners (minimum 5 agents/partners per day).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents / business partners.

Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories and customer clusters.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets independently.

Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions.

Be well-versed with local markets, routes, and customer clusters to optimize field productivity.

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and support.


Mandatory Requirements:


This is a 100% field-based, target-driven role.

Candidate must manage conveyance/travel expenses on their own.

Candidate must manage internet/data usage independently.

Must own a Laptop (mandatory).

Must have an Android smartphone or phone with dual SIM.

Should be familiar with the local geography (markets, routes, customer hubs).

Preferred Background

Prior field sales experience in Travel Trade, DMC, Airlines, Hospitality, or B2B services is an advantage.

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience is preferred.


Must know local/regional language, along with Hindi and/or English
