Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Director to lead business growth through strategic B2B partnerships, sales leadership, and market expansion across immigration programs (USA, Australia, New Zealand). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, partner management, and team leadership, with the ability to drive revenue while maintaining strong client and partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for all immigration programs (L1, NIV, etc.).
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for USA, Australia, and New Zealand verticals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish corporate tie-ups with channel partners, consultants, and agents.
  • Ensure consistent sales pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain a minimum 10% conversion rate from B2B partner leads to successful sales closures.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team including Managers, Executives, and support staff.
  • Set clear targets, KRAs, and performance expectations for all team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development sessions.
  • Ensure strong coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize output and alignment.

3. Client & Partner Relationship Management

  • Nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and corporate clients.
  • Conduct business reviews and joint marketing activities with key partners.
  • Resolve partner escalations or client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, events, and partner forums to enhance brand presence.
  • Ensure consistent engagement and retention of active B2B partners.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, or channel management.
  • Proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams and delivering revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration programs and international markets (USA, Australia, New Zealand) preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, planning, and execution capabilities.
